Agreement between the parties

This document establishes the general terms and conditions of use of the www.casmara.ro website. Accessing, browsing, and purchasing products from this site implies tacit acceptance of these terms and conditions, with all legal effects resulting therefrom. The site administrator reserves the right to modify the content of this document at any time, without prior notice to users. The terms and conditions are permanently available on the site for consultation.

Intellectual property rights

The content of the www.casmara.ro site, including but not limited to: texts, images, graphics, source code, design, trademarks, logos — is the exclusive property of COSMOPROF SRL and is protected under the applicable laws on copyright and intellectual property. Reproduction, distribution, or use of the content for purposes other than those legally permitted is prohibited. Any infringement may be reported to officecosmoprof@gmail.com.

Right of withdrawal

According to Government Ordinance 34/2014, individual consumers may withdraw from their purchase without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products.

Account creation and user responsibility

Creating an account on the site implies full responsibility for all actions performed through the account. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of access data and to immediately notify the administrator in the event of a security breach.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be first attempted to be resolved amicably; if that is not possible, they will be settled by the competent courts of the site administrator’s jurisdiction.

Privacy policy and protection of personal data

COSMOPROF SRL undertakes to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable national legislation on the protection of personal data. The provided data will be used exclusively for processing orders, delivering products, and communicating offers and information. The data may be shared with courier companies solely for delivery purposes. Users’ rights concerning their personal data are guaranteed by law and can be exercised by submitting a written request to office@casmara.ro.

Product return policy

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with legal requirements. Returns of unsealed or perishable products are not accepted. Returns must be made at the customer’s expense, in the original packaging with all accessories. The value of the returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days after acceptance of the return, via bank transfer.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 72 business hours for products in stock, with email notification upon shipment. For hard-to-reach areas or during campaign periods (Easter, Christmas, Black Friday), delivery may take up to 10–15 business days. For orders over 750 lei, delivery is free.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

Cash on delivery
Bank transfer
Credit/debit card (secured through Revolut)

For orders under 50 lei, prepayment may be required.

Prices

Prices displayed on the site are shown in RON and EUR and include VAT. Shipping fees are not included and will be calculated at checkout.

Service availability

The administrator reserves the right to modify the structure and content of www.casmara.ro at any time, without prior notice, and to temporarily or permanently suspend online services.

Product information presented on the site is provided by manufacturers or distributors and does not constitute medical advice.

Newsletter policy

You may unsubscribe from commercial communications directly from each newsletter, using the “Unsubscribe” option.

Electronic invoice

Invoices for orders are issued electronically and sent by email.
